Joy can offer virtual youth programming until a new youth minister has been hired. She can also help your congregation to take inventory of the needs of your congregation in terms of youth ministry and hiring.
Long Term
Smaller congregations sometimes find that a full time youth minister isn’t an option. This is where Joy shines. Joy can offer weekly youth group sessions, as well as support volunteers in your congregation. This allows your congregation to have the expertise of a seminary trained youth minister without the extreme cost.
